Refund policy
WARRANTY
All Items come with a 30-day warranty from the day the item was dispatched from our warehouse. If the product arrives defective, you can return the item for an exchange of the same item only. No substitution or refund of an item will be allowed unless the original item is no longer in stock and cannot be obtained by us in a reasonable amount of time.Β
New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents. Pre-played merchandise must be in the same condition and with the same packaging as when purchased. Also, all merchandise returned defective will be tested by our staff and we will contact you with results of our testing. Confirmed defective merchandise will be replaced immediately with same item shipped at cost to customer. Items we deem non defective will be returned to customer at their expense.
LOOTBOXGAMING.US will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us, or any costs for sending the replacement back to the customer.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new unused, and in its original packaging.Β
As of now, we are unable to accept returns on pre-owned & clearance products.
All returns are subject to approval.
To start a return, you can contact us atΒ customerservice@lootboxgaming.us. If your return is accepted, weβll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like headsets, controllers, clothing, pre-owned products, & clearance products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will not be issued on in-stock, backorder or pre-order cancellations, only store credit will be issued on your account.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,Β the buyer will pay a restocking fee of 20% which will be subtracted fromΒ the total credit value issued onto your account for the amount approved by our customer service team.Β

PRE-ORDERSΒ have aΒ no cancellationΒ policy or only cancellation for credit.Β In some instances - cancellations will not be accepted and these will be indicated in the item description. In these instances, refunds even for credit will not be approved.
